Complete 100 Consecutive Push-Ups
Part of my 100 Things Challenge:
Right now I can do about 10-15 push-ups in a row. I want to do 100. Working on developing my body and getting fit means proving to myself the body I have is good for more than just looking at -- right now it's not even good for that.
Being able to perform 100 consecutive push-ups (press-ups for you Brits) will show me that not only are my muscles and physique in great shape, but they have strength and endurance. I'll keep you posted on my progress and the tools I use to help me get there.
